1. Once you select the room type, complete the Hotel Booking Form.

   1. For date adjustment needs, please change the Check-in and Check-out date box at the top of site.

2. The booking form will ask for the guest details and email address.

3. The secure payment option is the section of the booking form that holds your credit card details. Input your credit card information.

4. Once you have completed this step click the “Make Reservation” button and your reservation will be sent immediately to the Hotel.

 

To make a room reservation by phone call 1-833-904-2206, and reservations can assist with securing rooms. It is important that each of your guests identify themselves as part of the DMM Fall Convention 2025 group and provide reservations under the code “92Z” to receive the discounted group rate. Please ensure your reservations are made before the cutoff date of 10/21/2025.

Scholarship Auditions will be held on Friday evening November 21 and Acro will be Saturday morning 2 1/2 hours for an additional fee.  ​​​​​​Teachers must be present in the acro class with their students.

 

Dress Code:  Dance Masters require that tights be worn in all classes and that the midriff be covered (no bellies showing).  We also ask that when leaving the dance room to go to the rest room, you put on your cover up, as we are not always the only people in the facility.

Acro class guidelines: ​​

• Students must currently be registered in an acro class at their studio.

• Teachers must attend with their dancers.

​​Recommended skills: Students attending acro will attend the entire acro session on Saturday morning.
